Lower Columbia Softball Association – Annual General Meeting

With our 2026 Annual General Meeting approaching, we would like to provide members with additional information and an opportunity to participate in preparing for the meeting.

The AGM is an opportunity for members to receive updates on the Association, review its financial position, elect members of the Board, ask questions, and participate in discussions regarding the governance and future direction of Lower Columbia Softball.

Board Elections

The following Board positions are up for election at this year’s AGM:

President — Two-year term
Vice-President — Two-year term
Director at Large- Two-year term

Nominations may also be made from the floor at the AGM.

Agenda Items

Members who have a specific matter they would like included on the AGM agenda are asked to submit it by September 9, 2026.

Please send agenda requests to lowercolumbiasoftball@gmail.com with a brief description of the item you would like brought forward.

The finalized AGM agenda will be distributed to members prior to the meeting.

We encourage all members to attend and participate. The AGM is an important opportunity to ask questions, become involved, and have a voice in the future direction of the Association.
