Registration Timeline

Our Early Bird registration usually opens in late January and runs until the end of February. After that, regular pricing is available from March 1 through the end of March — so be sure to register early and save!

Season Timeline

Weather and field conditions play a big role in when we can start, but our goal is to kick off the season in the first week of May. Regular play runs through the end of June, with exciting tournament opportunities continuing into the summer!

Essential Gear Checklist (Minor / Softball BC)

Glove:

A properly sized softball glove is required for all players.

Helmet:

A helmet with a properly attached face cage and chin strap is mandatory while batting and running bases.

Footwear:

Running shoes are acceptable; cleats are recommended for better traction on the field.

Fielding Mask:

Highly recommended for all infielders in U11, U13, and U15 divisions for added safety.

Apparel:

Softball pants are recommended (sliding pants are optional).

Uniforms:

Game jerseys are provided by LCSA.

Optional Gear

Bat:

Must be a regulation softball bat (not baseball). Lighter, shorter bats are recommended for younger players.

Note for U7/U9

Focus on comfort and confidence — comfortable clothing, a properly sized glove, and a helmet with a cage are all your athlete needs to get started.
